Deliver Blue Website
System overview
Built and maintained through Claude Code, the Deliver Blue website lets me describe a content or design change in plain English—such as adding a page, updating copy or inserting an image—and have the source updated without manually editing code. The result is a fast static website served globally by Cloudflare Pages.
Functionality and tech
- Claude Code interprets the requested change and edits the relevant Astro pages, shared components, content files and image assets in the website repository.
- Astro compiles the site into static HTML, CSS and minimal JavaScript, while Tailwind CSS provides the responsive layout and visual styling.
- GitHub Actions validates and builds changes merged to the main branch, then Wrangler publishes the generated dist folder to Cloudflare Pages for CDN delivery on the Deliver Blue domain.
Deliver Blue CRM

A private, custom-built CRM that brings leads, customers, opportunities, delivery, finance and repeatable sales workflows into one operating system. It replaces disconnected tools with a single source of truth tailored to Deliver Blue.
Functionality and tech
- Next.js, React and TypeScript provide the application interface, including configurable records, pipeline views, kanban workflows, reporting and proposal tools; Vercel hosts the application in Sydney.
- Supabase supplies Postgres, Google-based authentication and row-level security, with Edge Functions and scheduled jobs handling protected background workflows.

- A dedicated GitHub App receives signed webhooks, verifies and deduplicates each event, and publishes checks plus approve or request-changes reviews under its own identity.
- Cloudflare Workers, Queues and D1 provide an always-on, retryable review pipeline with audit, budget and privacy controls; AI Gateway routes the independent model review.
- The reviewer fails closed on timeouts, provider errors, incomplete diffs or protected policy changes, and posts outcomes to Slack for human visibility.
